Shipping & Delivery of Purchased Items

We aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 24 hrs(Excluding weekends and public holidays).For same day dispatch, orders should be placed before 2.30 PM ( Monday-Fridays.)

When an order is placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based (Weight of the item and packaging). To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.

We offer FREE 1ST CLASS DELIVERY (1-3 WORKING DAYS) on all orders over £35.Orders over £35 that receive the free shipping offer would incur the full cost of shipping if a return brings the order total below £35 .The shipping charge would be then deducted from any refunds due.

Returns

All items must be returned via post only.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error .For Example you received an incorrect or defective item.

Buyers are required to return to us at their own expense via any courier if an order does not suit their requirements.This includes reasons where an error has not been made on the part of Frave Classics.Examples are; items that do not fit, not suitable, wrong item selected, incorrect sizing, not same as on the website.

If the reason for a return is an error on our part , simply notify us by sending an email to customer.service@frave.co.uk. Pre-paid return labels would be sent by post to UK customers only if they receive a wrong, damaged or manufacturer’s faulty item.We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.You can also use our return portal by clicking on  Return Portal

Again, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • We  do not accept returned products that are intimate or sanitary goods
  • Swim wear and underwear

Items that cannot be refunded:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the returns request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 - 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer.service@frave.co.uk

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or replaced unless it is faulty or defective.

Exchanges 
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. You may exchange clothing for the same design in a different size if it does not fit.This is subject to availability.Should the product be out of stock a refund would be given or an alternative suggested.If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer.service@frave.co.uk and return your item to: Frave Classics, 7 The Grange Hyde GB SK14 5NT. Kindly note that we are only able to offer replacements to residents in the United Kingdom.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we can only send a refund via the same method by which purchase was made (to the gift giver).If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: FRAVE CLASSICS,  7 The Grange Hyde  SK14 5NT. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a recorded / tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item.
